Yes. Şirp Turizm tickets can be cancelled through Otogar. The refund goes back to your card or your Otogar wallet. You can cancel from My Tickets or the Ticket Cancellation screen.

Şirp Turizm does not issue e-tickets. You can look up your booking with your PNR and obtain a ticket at the company's sales office if needed.
