As Otogar Turizm Bilişim ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the "Company"), we process your personal data in our capacity as data controller within the scope described below, pursuant to Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "KVKK").

Personal Data Processed: During the ticket purchase process, first name, surname, Turkish Republic identification number / passport number and nationality, mobile phone number and email address; as well as the IP address and cookie data relating to your use of the website.

Purposes of Processing: Issuing the bus ticket and transmitting it to the carrier company, providing PNR and journey-related notifications, carrying out cancellation and refund procedures, fulfilling legal obligations and, where you have provided your explicit consent, sending promotional and campaign communications.

Transfer of Personal Data: Your personal data are transferred to the bus company with which you will travel and to the ticketing infrastructure provider for the purpose of issuing the ticket, and to authorised public authorities where legally required. Your card details are not recorded by the Company; payments are processed through banks and licensed payment service providers.

Retention: Your personal data are retained for the periods prescribed by the applicable legislation and, upon expiry of such periods, are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK: You have the right to learn whether your personal data are being processed, request information regarding such processing, request the correction or deletion of your personal data, object to the processing of your personal data and request compensation for any damage suffered.
