Yes. Mar Grup tickets can be cancelled through Otogar. The refund goes back to your card or your Otogar wallet. You can cancel from My Tickets or the Ticket Cancellation screen.
Does Mar Grup issue e-tickets?
Yes. Your e-ticket is emailed as a PDF and can also be downloaded from My Tickets. Your ID is enough when boarding; you do not need a printout.
