Yes. Bursa Turizm tickets can be cancelled through Otogar. The refund goes back to your card or your Otogar wallet. You can cancel from My Tickets or the Ticket Cancellation screen.
Does Bursa Turizm issue e-tickets?
Yes. Your e-ticket is emailed as a PDF and can also be downloaded from My Tickets. Your ID is enough when boarding; you do not need a printout.
Does Bursa Turizm provide a shuttle service?
Shuttle points and times vary by route and departure. When you select a service in the trip list, you can see its pick-up and drop-off shuttle points with times.
